Individualized Private Instruction
One-on-one private training sessions are designed to serve the needs of busy people with hectic schedules, such as executives and business professionals, single parents, and individuals who either do not have the time to devote to training 3-5 hours per week in a group class environment, or prefer not to.
Private training allows a person of any gender or level of physical condition to explore the potentials of their body and mind in a safe, professional, non-competitive environment that is free from external distractions.

· Time Flexibility – Clients book appointments to fit their schedule
· Personalized Training Programs – Each program is specifically designed to fit the student’s fitness and technical level, as well as their desires, goals, etc.
· Individualized Attention – Student spends the entire time practicing on the instructor who provides constant feedback and guidance as the student perfects the actions
